With decades of experience in executive search, recruiting operations, and talent strategy, I founded OptiPeople Resources to partner with companies navigating growth or transformation. Whether it’s fractional recruiting support, process optimization, or executive search, I bring a strategic lens and hands-on execution to every engagement.

My superpower? Diagnosing root problems, aligning people with purpose, and building systems that scale. I've helped companies streamline hiring processes, improve candidate experience, and build scalable systems that support long-term growth—all while keeping the human element front and center.

When I’m not solving hiring challenges, I’m designing jewelry, wrangling my two Labradors (Otis and Clementine), or connecting over coffee with other business owners who want to get hiring right.
